Yes, if you would prefer to place your order over the phone rather than online please call us on 01535 610066 and one of our team will be happy to take your order.
For night vision, thermal imaging and other high value items the order must be placed via our website using the secure online checkout.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Order by 3pm for same working day dispatch on in stock items, orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
During UK public bank holidays the Night Master office and warehouse is closed, orders placed on a UK public bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday).

All orders are dispatched via tracked delivery methods by DPD or Royal Mail, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification email which includes tracking details for your order.
When the courier receives your order you may receive a notification email or text with additional tracking details and redelivery options.

Yes, worldwide shipping is available on a selection of products including our long range lamps and infrared (IR) illuminators.
We do not offer worldwide shipping on night vision and thermal imaging products due to export control laws.

All UK orders over £40 will receive free standard delivery, all UK orders over £99 will receive free express delivery and all UK orders over £250 will receive free next day delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you’ve had a change of heart, you can return unwanted items purchased through our online store within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you’re returning an item because it’s unsuitable, please notify us of your return by emailing info@nightmaster.co.uk and download a copy of our returns form from the returns page found in the footer of our website, which includes all information required, including our return postage address - please include this with your return.
