The Night Master 2900 mAh 18650 rechargeable battery is a high quality, high-power, lithium battery that provides hours of run time. There is no memory effect, so you can recharge it whenever you want to and the battery is PCB protected to prevent over-charging and over-discharging.
We highly recommend to only use Night Master 18650 batteries with your Night Master products.

Not all 18650 batteries are the same size. Please check that this battery will fit into your device before purchasing, as batteries that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you've had a change of heart, you can return unwanted items purchased through our online store within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and labels.
While we strive to offer competitive prices, we are unable to provide free returns. If you need to return a product due to its unsuitability, kindly email us on info@nightmaster.co.uk for assistance with the straightforward return process and to receive a copy of our returns form.
Remember to pack your return securely to prevent damage, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the items reaching us, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Returning a Faulty Product:
Despite our thorough product checks, occasional faults may occur. If you encounter an issue, contact us at info@nightmaster.co.uk promptly for swift assistance. We may request a photo or video of the problem to expedite resolution.
If the problem cannot be resolved, and it's within 30 days of purchase, we'll either exchange or refund your order.
After 30 days, if a manufacturing fault is identified, we'll adhere to the terms outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by repairing or replacing the product.
Damaged Product On Arrival:
While we strive to dispatch products in perfect condition, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us at info@nightmaster.co.uk within 24 hours.
